I have spent nearly thirty years in the global IT industry. Before embarking on my entrepreneurial journey, I served as the CIO (Chief Information Officer) for LG India. During my stint, I was instrumental in supporting LG India’s business growth from USD 300 Million/year to USD 3.5 Billion/year through various IT Transformation initiatives. During my job at LG and later consulting various enterprises, I faced hard time dealing with two biggest challenges – 1. Shortage of "Quality Tech Talent". 2. Availability of “Techies On Demand” I spoke to almost 500+ IT Industry Leaders to find if they too were impacted by the same challenges and I couldn’t find any exception. This led me to start my venture TalentOnLease (AI Driven Tech Hiring Platform).
