My career is defined by driving competitive advantage through strategic initiatives, talent devp, org design, policy formulation etc As Director at Elite SR, I work with organizations across sectors to deliver solutions in HR consulting, Executive Search, L&D, HR Audits, Digital HR etc. I also provide unique low cost HR solutions to start ups to address some pain areas that we have identified. I have partnered with more than 20 orgs across sectors like Alliance Francaise, Care Health Insurance, The Asia Foundation, etc as well as many start ups . Previously, was Head of HR at IFFCO Tokio Insurance and also as the Head TA. At Tech Mahindra I hired from top B-schools . My foundation was built through leadership stints at Tata Group and the INOX Group.
