My work and research lie at the intersection of neuropsychology and clinical practice. I am currently pursuing my Doctoral Research in Clinical Psychology. In my therapeutic practice, I work from a trauma-informed and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, striving to create a safe, compassionate space for individuals to explore their narratives, emotions, and strengths. Over the past four years, this journey has been both humbling and enriching, shaping my vision of becoming a clinical neuropsychologist who integrates empathy with evidence-based practice. At heart, I’m a lifelong learner—deeply fascinated by the mind, its resilience, and the many ways we connect, heal, and grow.
