Ashim is a business leader with 15+ years across tech startups, consulting, and early-stage investing. Ashim has held CXO positions at organisations with global business reach and impact, from Jio-Haptik to WeWork. Ashim started his career in 2009 as a management consultant in Boston. After 2 years, he returned to India to achieve his entrepreneurial ambitions. He built and scaled 3 startups one of which successfully exited to Reliance for US$100MM. Currently, Ashim is the Managing Partner at Aperio.partners, an early stage venture firm that helps startups with growth strategy, BD and fund raise. As a prolific angel investor, he has invested in over 40 startups since 2019. He holds a masters degree in engineering from Cornell University and a summer business diploma from Tuck school of Business at Dartmouth. Outside work, Ashim enjoys adventure sports and is currently finishing his solo paragliding license.
